1. Breath In: FAITH AND TRUST and gain JOY.
Breath Out: FEAR AND WORRY.
2. Breath In: LOVE AND GRATITUDE and gain PEACE.
Breath Out: ANGER AND SPITE.
3. Breath In: ACCEPTANCE AND FORGIVENESS and
gain SERENITY.
Breath Out: RESENTMENTS AND HATE.
